For fifty years, through the Guest at Your Table program, UUSC has used the metaphor of a
global table where we come together to learn each other’s stories and share our hopes for a
future in which all may thrive. UUCAS has been a leading support for many years!

This week we highlight Konea Ishimura, a young climate activist from the Marshall
Islands who, along with his colleagues at Jo-Jikum, is helping his community heal from
the destructive legacy of nuclear testing by the United States while envisioning a
