Sunday, April 6 -The Other F Word: Celebrating the Fat and Fierce – Rev. Jo VonRue

In person – UUCAS

The UUA’s commission on Social Witness is considering 3 issues to narrow down to one Congregational Study/Action issue. One proposed focus is “Fat liberation: Building Justice & Inclusion for Larger Bodies.” We will be watching a sermon from Rev. Sunday April 27 – Pluralism: Strong Because of our Differences – Alex Compton

In person – UUCAS

Focusing on the ways that we are the same may momentarily reduce harm as it helps us tolerate difference. But what if we moved from the tolerance of difference to the celebration of difference?
